Market capitalization (aka market cap or capitalized value) is a measurement of the share price times the number of shares outstanding of a public company.

Micro-Cap: capitalization below $250 million.

Penny Stock: stock that trades for less than $5 a share and are traded over the counter (OTC) through quotation services such as the OTCBB or the Pink Sheets.

Speaking of penny stocks, has anyone been following QMNM? Up over 4000% in the last few days on monster volume.

How can you tell the volume is up? I cannot see any historical information on Yahoo!
