Having Trouble Receiving Small Cap Pulse alerts?  We can help!

SPAM = Bad

But…

Small Cap Pulse Alerts = Good

Some ISP’s and email providers just don’t know who the good senders are.  They’ll need instructions from you and we can walk you through it.

1. Add Small Cap Pulse to your address book.  This is simple and keeps our emails coming to your inbox and not getting filtered out.

 2. White List Small Cap Pulse with your email service provide

Depending on your security settings, you may have trouble receiving emails from an unrecognized source.  This is simple to fix.  Simply find your email service provider from the list below and follow the easy instructions to add us to their white list so you can receive our emails without interruption.  This does no more than tell your email service that you anticipate receiving the occasional email from us and to allow it into your inbox.

(- Keep in mind - This is a “specific permission” and DOES NOT allow any unspecified senders permission to email you.)

Many popular E-Mail programs, including older versions of Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, and Netscape Mail, don't provide a convenient way for you to white-list the folks you want to receive E-Mail from. If you're using this sort of E-Mail system and you either aren't getting your Small Cap Pulse Newsletter or want to make sure you continue to receive your newsletter in the future, you can do something about it.

Contact the customer service people or the Postmaster at the company that provides your E-Mail or Internet connection (your ISP). Explain to them that The Small Cap Pulse Newsletter is E-Mail that you asked for and value. Ask them if they can white-list the newsletter. (Unfortunately, some E-Mail systems don't allow white-listing.) If they do white-list, they'll probably ask you for some information about us. Here's what to tell them:

Sending Address: If they ask for our address, give them the address in the "From" line of your most recent Small Cap Pulse Newsletter.

Domain: If they need to know the domain we're mailing from, tell them both of these:

smallcappulse.com

IP Address: If they ask for our sending IP address, give them this IP address:

216.55.159.125

Thank you for white-listing The Small Cap Pulse Newsletter.
